We are happy to offer a full refund or store credit for damaged or faulty goods, or if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your product. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange this. For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returned stock, nor exchange goods. We are also unable to offer a refund or store credit for a change of mind. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs.
Please note that most of our products are produced with limited stock, and artisan soaps are made in small batches with a wait time of six weeks before they are saleable, so direct replacements for faulty stock may not be available.
